Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Bender Ads Manager ("the application"), an internal tool operated by DealHub ("we", "us"), accesses, uses, stores and protects data obtained from Google APIs.

1. Data we access

When you sign in with Google and grant consent, the application requests the OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. This gives access to data in the Google Ads accounts available to the signed-in Google account, including:

• Google Ads account and manager account identifiers and names;
• campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, audiences, budgets, bids and their settings;
• performance and reporting metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and similar);
• OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to call the Google Ads API.

The application does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts or any other Google service, and it does not collect data about visitors of this website.

2. How we use the data

Data is used only to provide the application's function to its owner: managing advertising in the owner's own Google Ads accounts and producing reports and analysis for the owner. Changes to campaigns are made only at the owner's request.

We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, for profiling, for building or improving unrelated products, or for training general-purpose AI/ML models.

3. Sharing and disclosure

Google user data is not sold and is not transferred or disclosed to third parties. The only exceptions are: (a) when required to comply with applicable law or a valid legal request; (b) as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with the user's prior consent; or (c) to protect against security incidents or abuse. When the owner uses an AI assistant to work with the data, only the data needed for the owner's specific request is processed, solely to fulfil that request.

4. Storage and security

OAuth tokens and any cached Google Ads data are stored on DealHub's own server, with access restricted to the owner. Connections to Google APIs use HTTPS/TLS. Cached reporting data is kept only as long as needed for the owner's work and is deleted when no longer needed.

5. Revoking access and deleting data

You can revoke the application's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After access is revoked, the application can no longer access Google Ads data. To request deletion of stored tokens and data, email kushnirov555@gmail.com; we delete it within 30 days.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

Bender Ads Manager's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

• we use Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features that are prominent in the application (managing and reporting on Google Ads);
• we transfer Google user data to others only as necessary to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets with the user's consent;
• we do not use or transfer Google user data for serving ads, including retargeting, personalized or interest-based advertising;
• we do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have the user's affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes or to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations;
• we do not sell Google user data and do not use it to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published at this address with the date of the last update.
